Integrity Program
GSH—a company in the management, billing, and administration segment for water, gas, and electricity providers— has always believed in building business relationships grounded in ethical principles and in compliance with applicable law. The success of solutions that support concessionaires necessarily depends on a strong reputation, credibility in initiatives, and conduct founded on an environment of integrity.
For this reason, GSH considers it essential to have an Integrity Program made up of various mechanisms and initiatives aimed at preventing, detecting, or even remediating harmful acts that may occur in our business relationships with partners, among employees, or with public administration. Among the instruments that comprise GSH's Integrity Program are internal rules covering the Code of Ethical Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, the receipt, handling, and investigation of reports, the Integrity Risk Management Plan, due diligence tools, and mechanisms for the protection of personal data, among others.
We also believe every employee—and our business partners—should be familiar with GSH's Integrity Program. Strengthening GSH's credibility in its business environment depends on the robustness of this Program, which in turn relies on the commitment of all of us who are part of the company.
